Real Estate Broker – Abu Dhabi

Providential Properties Management is one of Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate companies, offering premium property sales, leasing, and management services. We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our team, drive property sales, and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, source, and develop new leads for property sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
Maintain and update client and property records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.
Update the leads on a daily basis.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar role in UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially Abu Dhabi.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
