Job Description
The Sales & Services Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for members from first contact through ongoing engagement. The role combines sales performance with high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and additional services.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, walk-ins, and trial members.
Conduct club tours and explain services, facilities, and pricing.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM or system.
Customer Service Responsibilities
Welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Support member retention by building strong relationships and follow-ups.
Assist with membership renewals, freezes, upgrades, and cancellations according to policy.
Ensure service standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Operational & Administrative Duties
Process membership contracts, payments, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with trainers, operations, and management teams.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales ethics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Membership sales and revenue targets
Conversion rate (leads to memberships)
Member retention and renewal rates
