Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for painting by washing, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply paint coats using spray guns and other appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish free from imperfections such as runs, drips, or uneven textures.
  • Conduct touch-ups and repairs on minor scratches, dents, and blemishes as required.
  • Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in proper working condition.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper ventilation and protective equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a car painter or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials, including spray painting.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching and finishing quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices in automotive painting.
  • UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
