Published Scopus Paper- on the Topic-Customer Behaviour Analysis Using Machine Learning Approach Analyzing the browsing behavior of customers is the most important aspect of modern retail e-commerce. It focuses upon tracking and understanding the finest details of customer's on-site activity. The more information an online store has about the customer, better it'll be able to serve them. Although, product is the primary element for which every transaction takes place, yet it is customer who drives the whole retail thing. This introduces a number of challenges in discovering a more accurate prediction of the information. The classification algorithms are the machine learning techniques. In the retail business, customer is the central figure around whom and for whom everything else is analyzed and managed.
Projects- Project -Home Depot Home Depot is an innovative and dynamic ecommerce platform where users can purchase and sell their products. The web application consists of a Vendor, Admin and common users. The part of the Project I'm involved is the User's module. The application uses MVC architecture using Java technology.
