Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating high-engagement short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) with a modern, clean, and trend-driven style.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly efficient using mobile apps or system-based editing software and understands how to edit content that captures attention within the first few seconds.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos (Reels & Shorts) optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Apply modern transitions, effects, captions, motion graphics, and sound effects

Create fast-paced, visually appealing edits aligned with current trends

Add text animations, subtitles, emojis, and brand elements where required

Optimize videos for vertical (9:16) formats and platform guidelines

Collaborate remotely with the content and marketing team

Deliver projects on time while maintaining consistent quality

Requirements

Proven experience in editing Reels, Shorts, or TikTok videos

Expertise in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, LumaFusion, etc.) OR
system software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

Strong sense of modern design, timing, rhythm, and storytelling

Knowledge of trending formats, hooks, and viral editing styles

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely

Good understanding of music syncing, beat cuts, and visual flow

Portfolio or sample work showcasing short-form video edits
